*JANE AND DONGHO’S PART*

They didn’t ride the roller coaster since both of them are scared. So, they decided to ride the carousel. After the ride, they walked and talk.

Dongho: It was fun today.

Jane: What so fun about riding the carousel?!

Dongho: Wae?! You want to ride the roller coaster?! You can ride it yourself then, im not going!

Jane: Aniyo! I’m just kidding. Of course I had fun also.

Dongho: I wonder what happened to my hyungs and to the girls.

Jane: I’m sure they’ll be just fine.

Dongho: Ohh… Well, I guess so…

(They sat on the bench. There was awkwardness at the atmosphere for a couple of minutes.)

Dongho: Ahmm… It’s getting colder. Would you like to drink something hot?

Jane: Sure.

(Dongho bought 2 hot coffees from the vending machine and gave 1 to Jane.)

Dongho: here you go.

Jane: Gomawo.

Dongho: Aish~ it’s almost Christmas, it’s getting colder and colder.

Jane: Yea, I noticed.

Dongho: Ahmm… would you like to sit closer to me?

Jane:  Huh?

Dongho: Nothing, forget it.

(Awkward moment again)

Dongho: Jane-ah~ what are your plans for Christmas?

Jane: Christmas? Ahmm.. it think I’ll be spending it with my family.

Dongho: Family? You mean Philippines?

Jane: Yea, where else could it be?

Dongho: it’s just that,……. Can’t you just spend Christmas here? with your friends.

Jane: I can’t do that; they’ll be celebrating with their families too. And I wanna spend it with my family also.

Dongho: So, you’re really going?

Jane: Of course! Ya! Why do you keep asking me about it?

Dongho: huh? Ahh…. I’m just curious that’s all!

Jane: Ohh.. is that so?

Dongho: Yes, what else could it be?!

Jane: I don’t know, somehow, I feel like you don’t want me to go.

Dongho: no I don’t! If you wanna leave, then go!

Jane: Aish~! What’s with the attitude?!

(Very awkward moment. It took 30 minutes before Jane speaks up)

Jane: Dongho ya~

Dongho: Ne?

Jane: Wait for me ok?

Dongho: what do you mean?

Jane: well, when I go back to the Philippines, I’ll be staying there for a month, gotta spend some time quality with my family

(Their conversation become serious, even their faces become serious, especially dongho.)

Dongho: Ohh.. I see…….

Jane: So, until I comeback, wait for me ok?

Dongho: ahmm…. Hmmm… YA! Why would I wait for you?! Who do you think you are! Aish! Acting like you’re my girlfriend!

Jane: Ohh… I’m sorry… I thought you’d wait for me, I guess I thought it too much huh?

Dongho: DEFINITELY!

Jane: SO, I guess, I will be taking a long vacation there, I might as well not to return.

Dongho: huh?! What?! Why?!

Jane: Well, you said, you won’t be waiting, so I guess I don’t have any reason to return here anymore, since I mean nothing to you.

Dongho: Jane-ah~ I didn’t said that...

Jane: Yes, you did. But it’s fine with me, its no big deal. It’s getting late already, let’s go.

Jane stood up, walk away leaving dongho who is still sitting at the bench. She was hurt to what dongho said. He’s expecting too much from him and then suddenly, it’s all gone. She was walking blankly in pain and dongho wasn’t following her. Dongho was still sitting and thinking what to say until he stood up.

Dongho: YES!

*Jane Turns around*

Jane: HUH??

Dongho: I SAID YES..

Jane: WHAT?!

Dongho: Until the day you return…. I……….I’d be…….. I’D BE WAITING FOR YOU!

Jane smiled at him. She feels like her heart was about to explode when she heard it. She never thought dongho would say it to her, but then, he said it. Now she has the reason to return to Korea, she has the reason to open her heart and love again. Her heart felt contented. Until the day she comes back…. HE’LL BE WAITING……..
